Players receive a digital Talent Passport™ within 72 hours, including their assessment results, scout observations and development recommendations.
Opportunity
Selected high-potential players may be invited to Spain for trial experiences with partner clubs, with opportunities matched to their ability and development stage.
The pathway also provides exposure to scouts from La Liga and the Eredivisie, alongside scouts and football professionals from other international football nations.

Vision

Players are assessed across multiple areas — technical ability, tactical understanding, physical performance, mentality, coachability and potential. Scouts, coaches and analysts observe players through testing, technical stations, position-specific work and competitive games.
After the event, players receive a Talent Passport™ with professional feedback, performance data and development recommendations. This allows players and families to understand where the player currently stands and what they can work on next.
