What we do
At Sport Networking, we are dedicated to identifying and connecting talented players with opportunities in Europe. Our scouting team regularly attends camps and tournaments across Africa and Asia, working closely with a trusted network of partner academies and organisations to discover players with the potential to succeed at a higher level. When a player shows the right ability and attitude, we collaborate with our partner clubs in Europe—including top sides such as Marítimo and CD Nacional in Portugal and Ado Den Haag and Sparta Rotterdam in Holland—to arrange trial opportunities that can lead to professional contracts. Our goal is to create a win–win situation for both player and club, ensuring every move is beneficial and sustainable.

For clubs, it means gaining access to a motivated, well-prepared player with minimal recruitment effort, supported by our trusted scouting and placement process. Beyond placement, we place great importance on aftercare, working closely with each player to ensure they adapt well to their new environment, both in football and daily life.
